Erin Cullum, LPC
I approach therapy with deep curiosity and mindful intention. I hold the client therapist relationship as something sacred, a space where your story, your feelings, and your voice matter. When you step into the room with me, you’re invited into a safe and truly judgment free environment where you can breathe, unravel, reflect, and discover yourself at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe therapy is one of the most meaningful forms of self care and personal growth, a place where you can reconnect with your inner world and remember parts of yourself you may have forgotten. I am passionate about weaving creativity into the healing process, using expressive and experiential techniques to help you access empowerment, clarity, and emotional freedom. My therapeutic lens is trauma informed, holistic, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the wisdom of the body and the nervous system.
My hope is to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey, offering encouragement, curiosity, and grounded support. Together we will build on your strengths, expand your inner resources, and create space for the version of you that feels most aligned, connected, and whole.
I am a person centered, IFS oriented, somatic based therapist with specialized experience in life transitions, developmental trauma, chronic health issues, end of life processes, and grief work.
I honor this work and every person who enters into this therapeutic relationship. I am an inclusive therapist who affirms and respects all identities, orientations, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences. I stand as an ally and advocate for social justice, equity, and belonging.
I look forward to meeting you and holding space for your healing and growth
