I grew up navigating significant hardship and often faced life’s challenges without consistent support. Those experiences profoundly shaped who I am and ultimately inspired my commitment to ensuring that others do not have to endure difficult seasons alone. I understand firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to carry emotional burdens without someone to lean on, and that understanding informs the way I show up for the people I work with. I strive to be a therapist who is authentic, grounded, and deeply trustworthy, someone clients can feel safe confiding in without fear of judgment.

Authenticity is central to my identity, both inside and outside of the therapy room. I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with honesty, self awareness, and humility. I recognize my own areas of growth and remain committed to continual personal and professional development so that I can show up as the best version of myself for my clients. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client centered, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Reality Based approaches. I thoughtfully adapt think these modalities based on each client’s unique experiences, goals, and needs rather than applying a one size fits all model.

I value flexibility, collaboration, and respect for your individual journey. My role is to create a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. Above all, my goal is for every person I work with to feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. You do not have to carry your struggles alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process, and I look forward to beginning this journey together.
